Iβve been out of the Tucson politics loop for some years now, but having given 13 years to community & statewide network organizing, I can say that Yuma is quite different from Tucson. The one thing that connects communities everywhere is how citizens address issues that are important to them. We can all learn from each other.
Isn't Tucson 5 times larger in population than Yuma. With a larger tax base you'd think it'd be able to handle issues better. Perhaps that tax revenue is polarizing.
