Rex Scott must be remarkably uninformed about Global Warming, our aquifer, and the decline of water in the Colorado River.

And, have virtually no knowledge of what other communities have experienced when giant data centers move in.

We need to elect better informed people who will work hard to stay informed.

Just showing up and voting is not good enough, especially, if they think they're smarter than the community.

Smarter than the community. That is what i took away from his comments. He's too nice a person to say " there there little one don't worry your little head about this..." but thats what i thought the idea was!

District supervisor Rex Scott is nothing like one of his predecessors, Ann Day. Ann actually listen to us and cared about the Sonoran desert

Rex Scott literally admits that the people wanted him to vote no, but he ignored them and voted yes anyway. What kind of representative democracy is that?

In a meeting with the pima county democratic party, he was asked that question. His answer was that he was elected to make the decisions-- to paraphrase--on the basis of his character and ability to do that. "There are lots of cases where the constituents are unhappy with the decisions That was before he really showed his stripes in the op ed where he basically made a case for autocracy!

Rex Scott was elected to REPRESENT US! Not ignore us so that corporate interests only need to win over 3 out of 5 people instead of half the population.
