This is a national problem: too few people with the courage and integrity of Nikki Lee.

I appreciate the writers at Three Sonoran. You write incredibly detailed and concise content relevant to policy discussions/decisions being made in real time and the effects of these decisions. Thank you.

Thank goodness for Nikki Lee. I worry, because the majority of the city councilors AND the mayor are very quiet.

We need to call and email them. They need to be holding townhall and neighborhood meetings, not just Nikki Lee.

Dahl said he's a "hard NO" on Project Blue. I would think Santa Cruz and Uhlich would also be opposed. I get the feeling Cunningham and Perez will fall to the "job creation" line. I'm unsure if the mayor would vote on the losing side of this issue, or perhaps she will support it to claim she did and secure donations (rumor has it that she may be running for Arizona's Lieutenant Governor position, the next in line to the Governor).

Sadly, Rex Scott showed us that even with overwhelming opposition from constituents, he will still vote for corporate interests. However, one can only hope that the council listens to the people.
