Black Rock City, NV - Over 70,000 attendees at the annual Burning Man festival in Nevada have been told to shelter in place after heavy rains flooded the area, turning the desert sand into thick mud.
Organizers halted all travel in and out of the temporary city due to the extreme conditions.
