Mother Earth is a sacred place. We must get away from the colonial narrative that tells us some places are more important than others. As indigenous people, we understand it’s all sacred.

Whenever we grow, we usually need to let go of emotional attachments. Letting go can be painful. Sometimes, growth allows us to deal with fear.

All fear can fit into two categories:

1. one, we're going to lose something we have, and

2. two, we're not going to get something we want.
