G20 expands to G21 with historic addition of the African Union
The G20 will probably now be referred to as the "G21" from now on to reflect the historic addition.

In a groundbreaking move, the G20 has voted to grant the 55-member African Union (AU) a permanent seat at the table, expanding the bloc of the world's largest economies to the G21.
