Many of us were working our tails off the entire month of July. There were no council meetings scheduled during the month of July, but I was in town working very hard. The public needs to know more about the NDAs. Anyone could do a FOIA request and ask for the name of the organization involved, which city employee signed it, the date it was signed, the title, and any descriptive material or documents associated with the NDA.
In the Project Blue case, we knew it was Beale, but we didn't know they represented Amazon except by accident, an accident I'm sure they will be sure not to repeat.
