Bill Richardson, who served as the governor of New Mexico from 2003 to 2011, passed away on Saturday at the age of 75. Richardson was the first Hispanic governor of the state.
Richardson's death was announced by his family, who said he died peacefully at his home in Santa Fe. No cause of death was immediately provided.
